Common Questions
How do I know if the part I've ordered is in stock? Most of the products listed on our site are in stock items. If for some
reason your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you. You can then decide to proceed or cancel your
order with no penalty.
Products that are not typically stocked are considered Special Order and are labeled as such in their
description. These items usually ship within 7-14 days of the order
placement and are not returnable.
Are your products Genuine from the manufacturer or are they "knock-offs"? Most of our parts and filters are Genuine Name Brand products that come straight from the manufacturer. We do sell some Aftermarket parts, but these are clearly marked as such. We believe our integrity is very important in our customer relationships and will NEVER compromise your trust by misleading you in any way. At BAFilterSupply.com, you get what you've paid for, literally.
How can your prices be so low? We believe in offering quality products at the very lowest prices we can. At BAFilterSupply.com we work VERY hard to keep our overhead low. This enables us to pass our savings onto our customers. We have families of our own and know the cost of everyday life so we have chosen to offer better than competitive pricing from the get go.
My credit card won't work.
Usually this is caused by an issue with the card itself. Check the
expiration date and make sure you've added the card number correctly.
The card may be maxed to it's limit or the card may have been put on hold by
the credit card company for some reason. If none of these are the cause,
there may be an issue with our credit card processor. Please let us know if this is the
case so we can start working to fix this problem as soon as possible.
I'm having trouble calculating my shipping cost. I put my zip code in but nothing happens. While we do our best to maintain our website and make sure everything is working properly, some things are out of our control. If the shipping calculator doesn't work for you, there is more than likely an issue with the USPS link. Please let us know if this happens so we can start working to fix this problem as soon as possible.
