To return an item, send an email to Orders@BAFilterSupply.com to receive your RMA#

It is BAFilterSupply.com practice to replace any defective product(s) within 365 days of purchase with a new product of the same model. If you feel you have received a defective product please contact us within 365 days of your purchase date via email to Orders@BAFilterSupply.com or call us at 1-513-232-8500. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will not accept any return without an RMA number.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with prior approval for a full refund excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be approved in advance and issued an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). All returns must be new, in unused condition and contain all original parts and components. We will not accept or refund any filters or products that have been damaged, used, installed* or are otherwise incapable of being resold. Since we do not resell any type of electronic/electrical or gas items,  All electronic/electrical and gas items are non-refundable, these sales are final at the time of shipment, this policy also applies to any special order parts. All filters that have the seals removed are not refundable. We will pay for any additional shipping costs as a result of our error. Unless otherwise approved all sales are final and no return authorization will be approved beyond 30 days of when you received your item. Packages that arrive without an RMA number will be delayed until such paperwork is complete and are possibly non refundable at all.

Canadian Shipping Terms

All GST & PST (QST in Quebec), or HST if applicable will be due and paid by the recipient when the package is delivered. Any additional customary fees will be paid by the customer. Any returns will be subject to our standard return policy, plus any taxes, duties and fees or any other expenses coming back to us. This will be deducted from the refund.

The most common consumption taxes are:

▪    the goods and services tax (GST)

▪    the Québec sales tax (QST)

▪    the harmonized sales tax (HST)

▪    Provincial Sales Tax (PST)

Orders will take approximately 3-15 business days for delivery, BA Filter Supply (BAFilterSupply.com) is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by customs. BA Filter Supply (BAFilterSupply.com) will not refund items that customs will not allow into the country. Any order that is refused or is returned to us because it was not picked up in time by the customer will not be refunded or reshipped
