The BEST customer service!
I had a dryer timer switch go bad and I found the best price on BA's web site. We had a family friend that was helping us put the replacement part in. Some how the wire locations got messed up and we couldn't find a guide anywhere on the web to get the wires on the right posts. I called BA and talked to Dean. He went above and beyond with helping me get our drying back up and running. First, he helped me decipher the engineering diagram for the timer switch to put all the wires on the correct posts, then he helped me diagnose a problem with the fuse. The price was great...but the service was even better! I will always go to BAFilterSupply.com first for all my appliance needs!! Thank you so much!!!

I just wanted to thank you. I received my pump for my washing machine today and popped it in and now it runs perfect. I was skeptical at first because you are significantly cheaper than anywhere else online or locally and you have a no returns policy on electronics. With that said you were still at least $50 cheaper than the next guy which was worth it to me so I took the plunge. A few days after ordering the part it arrived and took about 10 mins to install and now I'm catching up on all my laundry.

My Frigidaire range oven quit working with a loud popping noise while my wife was baking.  Couldn't find the parts in Jacksonville Florida without them ordering it and being charged shipping. Found BA Filters online and they had the best prices and had the parts in stock.   A very helpful sales person offered to have Dean call me back and answer my questions as I didn't want to buy any parts I didn't need or not fix the problem.  Dean called me back, walked me through how to trouble shoot the problem to identify the failed part. I was not at home with the range when he called me back....and he told me to call him back if I had further questions.  I went home and worked through what Dean told me to do and was still not sure I needed the clock controller module.  I called Dean and he walked me through all the additional steps. It was like having a experienced service tech in my house.  With Dean's help I identified that I did need the clock controller module.  Dean (one of the owners) further told me to call him back if this part didn't fix the problem and he would work with me to get that oven working.    I will not search the internet for any future appliance repair issues.  I have done home appliance repairs in the past and worked with a few different appliance part supplies online and local parts shops   This site has the BEST PRICES AND AWESOME TECH SUPPORT of all the online and storefront ops I have dealt with. Hi: I just wanted to thank you for the quick delivery of the Whirlpool Auger Drum. We ordered it on 12/3/2011 in the middle of the night, and we were notified the next morning (Saturday) that it had shipped, and delivered on a Monday. Wow! you guys are fast. We watched a youtube video on how to install it, and it took about 20 minutes to install. We kept taking the bin out to try to find the problem..it wasn't till we dumped out all the ice that we were able to find the wore down auger. Now we don't have to hear our dog crying for crushed ice. He is so spoiled he won't drink regular water.Our household is in peace again, thanks to your quick service. Hi I searched the web to try and find out why my washing machine filled with water and then stopped. I tried several parts companies who never gave me a definitive answer to my problem.They all said we are not technicians but it sounds like you need this and it is electrical so you can not return it if it does not fix your problem, Then, I came across bafiltersupply and I called them only to get an answer machine.To my suporise Dean called me back listened to my problem and explained to me what part I need and why I needed that part without equivocation. Wow I was thunder struck! Dean explained in detail where the part is what to look for and how inexpensive and easy it will be to fix.So find the part on his website and it was half the price of other parts companies!Wow how lucky can you get. I just purchased a replacement module for my GE stove which got damaged due to our electric company losing its ground connection. I can only say that I am amazed at the service we received. I ordered a part for our wall oven (control clock) a little before 2pm on Tuesday 8/16/11. Received an email a little after 5pm the same day saying order shipped. Received that order by regular mail today, 8/18/11. Oven fixed. I just want to say that the customer service at BA Filter Supply is by far the most excellent I have received. Additionally, the price for the part itself was the absolute cheapest I could find anywhere, and it was delivered quickly and with very reasonable shipping charges.

But then, a few weeks after installing the part I started to have trouble with my washer again. I emailed BAFS asking if the part could have possibly gone bad and what I should do next.

I received a phone call from Dean later the same day, and he proceeded to walk me through diagnosing the problem and gave me instructions on what to do. After I got off the phone, I did what he told me (involving such handy tools as a toothpick and a baby nose sucker!) and it worked exactly as he said. He even called back an hour or so later to check in and make sure I had solved the problem. I just couldn't believe it!! I was able to save so much money by ordering from BAFS, and I have gained knowledge of my machine (and some handy tricks!) that will help me keep my machine running smoothly.

Dean was SO friendly and helpful, and just went above and beyond what was required to support the $16 purchase I originally made. BA Filter Supply will be on the top of my list in the future when I need anything for my appliances. And Dean even said he will be making some videos for YouTube soon- I look forward to them very much! A good company who supports DIY repair is exactly who I need. THANK YOU!!!!!

The problem was a wire to the water level switch. I found a wiring diagram and help isolate the problem. I do want to thank you for you help, patience assisting me in getting the problem fix. My Maytag washer would not fill with water and Maytag did not have any technicians that could talk to me and the national service/parts supplier they suggested still had me on hold after 20 minutes. 

I found BA Filter on line and a person answered the phone and Dean called back and talked me through taking off the front panel and diagnosing a bad fuse.  He spent at least 30 minutes of his evening helping me then informed me I could purchase the fuse from the local hardware or auto supply store.

Hi,
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate you guys down there at BAFilter Supply. My Frigidaire stopped working. I thought the timer was bad since the spin cycle was not working. I called Cheryl in sales, and she had the part I was looking for in stock. Before I ordered the part, Cheryl asked if I wanted to talk with one of her technicians before I placed the order.In a matter of 1 minute, Dean (the technician) talked me through all the components to check. After talking with Dean, I found the spin switch  was faulty. It was not the timer. I can tell you plainly that any other company would have sold me the timer. BAFilterSupply saved me almost $100!

Dear BA Filter Supply,

I have been fighting with my dishwasher since July. It worked and worked and worked and then didn't. The wash light would come on and just blink. I purchased the dishwasher at a local appliance center in Buffalo, NY. I placed call after call to their service center with no return call for months. I contacted the store itself I purchased the dishwasher from (broke after 3 years of use) and spoke to the manager who called the service center who called me. It then took 2 months to get a repair guy out to the house. I was given a 2 hour window for when he would arrive. He showed up in the last 5 minutes of that 2 hours window and used only those 5 minutes. He took the door off, said it was the control board, never looked underneath the dishwasher, and left. He said he would call me with the part, and, as before, after waiting and waiting and waiting, I went and purchased the part myself. He later called and wanted another $100 (after the initial $100 for his detailed appliance exam) to install it plus the $120 for the part). Yeah, I could have bought a new dishwasher. 

So, I purchased the control board through you. After that did not work, I tapped into an appliance blog and was instructed to purchase an insert panel. I did this with no resolution. I then spoke to yet another appliance repair man and it was suggested that the control board purchased might be bad. It was at this time that I contacted your company and spoke to Dean. 

When Dean instructed me that he did not think the control board was defective my initial instinct was, "here we go again." But after we started speaking, I could see that he was a man that really care about his business and the customer service he was providing.

Dean spoke to me on the phone for 30 minutes. He spoke me through the components of the dishwasher and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, something the appliance repairman from Orville's could not do in person. And all of this was of no cost to me. He was pleasant, gave me his cell number, answered his phone in the evening, and never seemed put out. He stayed on the phone with me until the problem was solved.

I also found the website to have cheaper parts than most other places. Regardless, it is worth the price for the great customer service. It is what customer service probably used to be and should still be. Back when you used to get a human voice on the other end instead of a robot.

I was so pleased with the service I left Dean's name, positive review, and website on applianceblog.com and fixya.com.

B A Filters,

I would like to  thank Dean for his concern and help yesterday.  I was amazed when the part appeared overnight and it was as easy to install as he told me it would be.

Thank you for saving Christmas!

I had originally placed an order with a local appliance repair company in town.  I have done business with them for years.  They quoted 2 times the cost B A Filters quoted, told me there was no way to get the part until after New Years and that it would be another week after that to install it.  Can you imagine the look on my wife's face when I told her she would not have a stove for Christmas dinner?  Needless to say, that was not acceptable.

I talked to Dean who personally drove to the warehouse, picked up the part and took it to UPS for overnight delivery.  I installed the part in 15 minutes and my wife is delighted.  She has also put B A Filters at the top of our list for future parts and support.

I have been in business for 40 years.   I have never received the customer service, empathy, support and reliability I received from Dean and B A filters.  I will pass their name to all my friends and always call them first in the future.
